To further advance business strategies aimed at expanding the strategic regional deployment of the Growth (growth business) area and increasing profitability through higher added value in the Core (core business) area, in order to achieve business expansion and higher added value under the Medium-Term Management Plan 2028 and create new customers.
The Technical Headquarters will be reorganized into the Tokyo Metropolitan Area Technical Headquarters and the Solution Technical Headquarters, and the divisions within the Solution Technical Headquarters will be abolished. The Sales Headquarters will be reorganized into the Tokyo Metropolitan Area Sales Headquarters and the Solution Sales Headquarters. The Tokyo Metropolitan Area Sales Headquarters will become an organization directly under the Representative Director, President and COO. A Corporate Management Office will be established. The Group Support Office and the Planning function within the Corporate Planning Department of the Administration Headquarters will be consolidated, and the Group Support Office will be abolished. An Accounting and Finance Department will be established within the Administration Headquarters.
