「The Focus FX-950 LED color and light-emission inspection system is used in transportation equipment and other industries. LEDs are used not only in headlamps but also in indicators on various controls, and their range of applications has been expanding. We further developed the system to support LED color and light-emission inspection and multiple-point inspection on function boards. Although the previous model offered high performance, it was large, so we achieved miniaturization in line with the Focus FX series. We also improved the sensor section to support multiple points and narrow pitches, contributing to a smaller inspection system.」
