「In October 2023, the Company and Fujirebio Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Fujirebio HD) agreed to strengthen multifaceted collaboration in the immunoassay field, including research and development, production, clinical development and sales, and entered into a basic business alliance agreement. In November, under this agreement, the parties entered into a CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) agreement to add items related to neurodegenerative diseases to the development of test reagents for the Company's fully automated immunoassay systems, the HISCL series, being conducted by a subsidiary of Fujirebio HD. In December, the parties also reached a basic agreement concerning the supply of reagent raw materials held by both companies.」
