Reason for the revision

Net sales remained generally firm across the Company's business areas. In response to rising costs resulting from persistently high procurement costs for materials and other factors, the Company focused on reducing costs by improving production efficiency and revising product prices. In addition, revenue from contracted development of an IoT platform for energy storage systems was recorded, and operating profit and ordinary profit are therefore expected to exceed the forecasts. Net income attributable to owners of the parent is expected to substantially exceed the forecast as a result of changes in extraordinary gains and losses.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended March 2025, full year: net sales of ¥9,083 million, operating profit of ¥547 million, ordinary profit of ¥587 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥450 million, and net income per share of ¥64.21
Dividend forecast revisionThe year-end dividend has been increased by ¥2, from ¥34.00 to ¥36.00 per share, and the annual total has also been revised from ¥34.00 to ¥36.00 per share.
