「At the 98th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25 June 2024, アーク有限責任監査法人 was newly appointed as the company's accounting auditor. Although the company believes that its current accounting auditor has a sufficient system in place to ensure that audits are conducted properly and appropriately, it decided to appoint アーク有限責任監査法人 as its new accounting auditor after comprehensively considering the expectation of an audit from a fresh perspective, given the long period of audit continuity and the tendency for audit fees to increase as the audit environment changes, as well as the suitability of the audit arrangements for the company's business scale and the appropriateness of the audit fees.」
