Standardizing accounting policies and strengthening the global management platform through voluntary IFRS adoption

「At a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, we resolved to voluntarily adopt International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for our consolidated financial statements and consolidated accounting documents from the fiscal year-end for the fiscal year ending December 2028, and to make disclosures based on IFRS. We decided to voluntarily adopt IFRS in order to improve the convenience of various stakeholders, including domestic and overseas shareholders and investors, by enhancing the international comparability of financial information and expanding disclosure, while strengthening our global management platform by standardizing accounting policies across the group.」
