Reason for the revision

In the information and communications equipment manufacturing and sales business, the timing of revenue recognition for certain projects, including optical transmission equipment, was pushed back to the second half or later. In addition, a decline in profit of approximately ¥233 million resulting from lower revenue, and approximately ¥248 million in higher costs due to higher raw material prices and increased inventory processing expenses, among other factors, were incurred. Non-operating income of approximately ¥53 million, including foreign exchange gains, improved ordinary profit but was insufficient to offset the decline in operating profit.

Previous-period resultsRevenue: ¥11,836 million; operating profit: ¥226 million; ordinary profit: ¥203 million; interim net income attributable to owners of the parent: ¥207 million; interim EPS: ¥157.34 (fiscal year ended March 2026)
