「At a Board of Directors meeting held on 18 September 2026, the company resolved to launch a new business and make the related capital investment. Business description: design certification support and testing services for wireless equipment, including next-generation base stations (service name: provisional name “OneCert”). Purpose: to meet demand for wireless-equipment certification arising from the expansion of the 5G/6G and O-RAN markets, and to establish a new earnings base using the company’s own testing technologies. Planned investment: approximately ¥700 million. The service is scheduled to commence full-scale operations in August 2027.」
At a Board of Directors meeting held on 18 September 2026, the company resolved to launch OneCert, a design certification support and testing service for next-generation base stations and other wireless equipment, and to invest approximately ¥700 million in land, buildings, an anechoic chamber, temperature and humidity chambers, measuring equipment and other assets. Full-scale operations are scheduled to begin in August 2027.
