Reason for the revision

In the Signal Systems business, demand for capital investment in Japan and overseas remained firm, and the timing of revenue recognition for certain projects was brought forward. In the Power Electronics business, demand remained firm against the backdrop of increased AI-related investment. As a result, net sales are expected to exceed the previous forecast. On the earnings front, the effect of higher sales and improved cost ratios resulting from efforts to improve operational efficiency are expected to contribute.

Previous-period resultsNet sales: ¥31,802 million; operating loss: ¥1,523 million; ordinary loss: ¥1,123 million; interim net loss attributable to owners of the parent: ¥611 million; interim net loss per share: ¥9.83 (second quarter of the fiscal year ended March 2026)
