The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Although fixed costs were significantly reduced, the decline in orders following the end of production at the Tottori and Mobara plants resulted in a net loss attributable to owners of the parent, leaving the company with excess liabilities over assets. For the tradable share ratio, Ichigo's ownership of 78.2% of the company's common shares remains a key issue, and the ratio may decline further as a result of the future exercise of share acquisition rights and other factors.
