The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.The audit of internal control over financial reporting at the U.S. subsidiary and the confirmation of accounts receivable and payable balances among consolidated subsidiaries required additional time, delaying receipt of the audit report from the accounting auditor. As a result, a continuation meeting of the annual general meeting of shareholders was held and the financial results summary was amended. The Company will thereby clarify management's responsibility.
