The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.An anonymous questionnaire was conducted among all directors in accordance with the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Corporate Governance Code. The evaluation found that positive opinions were predominant regarding the composition and operation of the Board of Directors, training and information-sharing arrangements, and responses to stakeholders. At the same time, some opinions indicated that deeper discussions were needed regarding business risks and medium- to long-term management strategies.
