Resolved 1 July 2026To establish an organizational structure that enables the agile and efficient execution of business strategies, further strengthen “Core Solutions,” the Company’s traditional earnings base, and expand “Advanced Solutions,” its future growth engine.
The Business Management Division and Operations Management Division of the Solution Business Division will be abolished, and the Energy Solutions Business Unit, Smart Solutions Business Unit, GX Solutions Business Unit, and Engineering Management Division will be established. A Sales Department will be established within each business unit, while a Customer Success Department and ES Engineering Department will be established within the Engineering Management Division. The functions of the Operations Management Division will be transferred, and its Business Management Department will become an organization directly under the Solution Business Division.
