The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue increased as marine systems products and industrial systems products performed well, while operating profit increased as sales volume expanded. The decline in net income attributable to owners of the parent was due to the impact of factors including the recognition of deferred tax assets in the previous fiscal year. For the next fiscal year, the Company intends to convert its shipbuilding-related order backlog into revenue and participate in green-related and digital-related projects. However, the impact of geopolitical risks, rising raw material prices and supply constraints has not been incorporated into the earnings forecast because it is difficult to calculate those impacts reasonably.
