Decision and Details
Board of DirectorsPartial Revision of the Shareholder Benefit Program
To thank shareholders for their continued support, enhance the appeal of investing in the Company's shares, and encourage more shareholders to hold the shares over the medium to long term. The changes are also intended to further improve convenience and the clarity of the program, and to enhance the transparency and sustainability of shareholder returns.
Consolidating the benefits into QUO Cards is expected to reduce the total number of items distributed and lower delivery costs for rice vouchers. On the other hand, expanding benefits for shareholders holding 5,000 or more shares is expected to result in a higher level of shareholder returns on a face-value basis than in the previous fiscal year.
