「当社は、2020年11月27日付にて産業競争力強化法に基づく特定認証紛争解決手続（以下「事業再生ＡＤＲ手続」といいます。）の申込みを行い、当社にて策定した事業再生計画案について、2021年１月18日の債権者会議にて全ての取引金融機関から同意をいただき、事業再生ＡＤＲ手続が成立いたしました。」
2020年11月27日に事業再生ADR手続を申し込み、2021年1月18日に全取引金融機関の同意を得て手続が成立した。これにより短期的な借入条件変更の反復が終息し、事業再生計画の期間にわたる返済期間の長期化を含む既存借入契約の条件変更が実施された。
