Reason for the revision

At the time of the previous announcement, it was difficult to reasonably calculate the impact on earnings because of the worsening situation in the Middle East, concerns over the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, logistics disruptions, and a sharp rise in raw material prices. Supply chain disruptions are now moving toward stabilization, supported by increased imports from alternative regions and improvements in distribution bottlenecks, making it possible to reasonably calculate the full-year earnings outlook.

Previous-period resultsNet Sales ¥9,093 million / Operating profit ¥1,024 million / Ordinary income ¥1,028 million / Net income for the current fiscal year ¥766 million / Net income per share ¥99.02
Dividend forecast revisionThe year-end dividend forecast was changed from undetermined to ¥17.00 per share, and the annual dividend was set at ¥33.00. The second-quarter dividend forecast is ¥16.00 per share.
