Sawano Masachika (澤野正周), who meets the requirements, will therefore be made the candidate to satisfy the statutory requirements. As a result, if Sawano Masachika (澤野正周) is elected as a statutory auditor, there will be no candidate for alternate statutory auditor, and Proposal No. 4 will be withdrawn.
