Governance structure
The purposes set out in Article 2 of the Articles of Incorporation will be expanded to include the purchase and sale of trading cards and other card game products, platform businesses, the operation of restaurants and related activities, marketing activities using characters and talent, the planning and development of related products, and the acquisition, sale, licensing, management and operation of intellectual property rights. The maximum number of directors set out in Article 19 will be changed from no more than 9 to no more than 15. The planned effective date is 25 June 2026.
