「TABIKOBO Co.Ltd., a travel concierge company providing tailor-made trips (Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Chairman兼President: Takayama Yasuhito (高山 泰仁); hereinafter, the “Company”), has decided to establish a joint venture with DYM, which aims to create the company that contributes most to society in the world under its vision of “Creating the company that changes society the most in the world,” to support the reemployment of people working in the travel industry and the employment of new graduates seeking jobs in the industry.」
The company resolved on 20 October 2021 to establish a joint venture with DYM, scheduled for establishment in November 2021. The business will provide recruitment services, with planned capital of ¥20 million and an ownership ratio of 51% for the company and 49% for DYM. It stated that the joint venture would support the reemployment of travel-industry personnel whose demand had declined amid the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the employment of new graduates, thereby contributing to the industry's future recovery.
