The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In FY2026, the number of projects increased in response to consulting demand centered on DX and generative AI. The number of consultants also increased through active hiring and employee development, and revenue per consultant exceeded the plan by approximately 4%. Meanwhile, hiring, training and personnel expenses exceeded the plan because hiring exceeded expectations. In FY2027, the company expects demand to continue against a backdrop of investment in DX and generative AI and a shortage of specialized talent, while also strengthening hiring and employee development, its core-client strategy and its sales structure.
