  1. FY2026ReframedAnnual report

「Regarding the targets for the annual paid-leave utilization rate and average years of service set for the previous fiscal year, the annual paid-leave utilization rate achieved the target level. However, we determined that average years of service does not necessarily appropriately reflect the state of our human capital or the effects of our initiatives, because it is an indicator that is susceptible to short-term fluctuations due to increases in new-graduate and mid-career hiring accompanying business expansion.」

While the annual paid-leave utilization rate achieved the target level, the Company changed its policy for average years of service, no longer pursuing it as a standalone numerical target and instead focusing on qualitative initiatives such as the work environment and employee development.
