The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The matters subject to electronic provision are those omitted from the paper documents accompanying the notice of convocation for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The impairment loss was recognized because the carrying amount of fixed assets no longer expected to be used following the closure of the Asaka Development Center was reduced to their recoverable amount. Regarding Emergency Management Reform 2026, the Company determined that achieving consolidated operating profit of at least ¥2.5 billion and consolidated ROE of at least 7% would be difficult, and set a target of returning to profitability in the fiscal year ending March 2027.
