「At the 94th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 June 2018, amendments to the articles of incorporation were approved to consolidate the Company's common shares at a ratio of 5 shares to 1 share and, effective on 1 October 2018, change the number of authorized shares from 580,000,000 to 116,000,000. Amendments to the articles of incorporation were also approved to change the share unit from 1,000 shares to 100 shares, effective on 1 October 2018. Following the share consolidation, the total number of issued shares will decrease by 119,156,489 to 29,789,122 shares.」
