FY2023First statedAnnual report
「We have established an Environmental Management Committee comprising the heads of our internal organizations. The committee identifies the risks to which our company is exposed, summarizes the current assessment and response status for each risk item, prepares an improvement activity plan for the year at the beginning of each fiscal year for matters requiring improvement, reviews the results of activities over the year and reflects them in the following fiscal year’s improvement activity plan. Through this PDCA cycle, we are pursuing continuous improvements across all risks faced by our company.」
The Environmental Management Committee’s PDCA-based management structure, covering risk identification, annual planning, results reviews and reflection in the following year, was described for the first time as a standalone sustainability item.
