The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Company explains that setting the issue price at the higher of the TSE closing price on the trading day immediately preceding the date of the issuance resolution and the TSE closing price on the trading day immediately preceding the date on which the terms were determined is a reasonable method that takes existing shareholders' interests into consideration. As it is equal to the market price, the issue price is not particularly favorable to the proposed allottees.
