The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to clarify the Company's role as the group holding company by adding “Holdings” to its trade name, strengthen governance, and accelerate integrated management. The director candidates were decided following a recommendation from the Nomination Advisory Committee. The change of accounting auditor follows a comparative review of multiple audit firms, taking into consideration, among other factors, that the incumbent audit firm's audit engagement has continued for more than 30 years.
