The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The disposition of surplus is intended to strengthen the Company's financial position and prepare for future business development. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to clarify the Company's role as a holding company and strengthen governance. The election of director candidates is based on their suitability in light of their respective experience and knowledge. The accounting auditor will be changed following a comparative review that took into consideration, among other factors, the fact that the current auditor has served for more than 30 years.
