「The basic strategies under the Third Medium-Term Management Plan continue the initiatives pursued to date, with the four pillars of “strengthening the management foundation,” “strengthening the maintenance business,” “strengthening the engineering business,” and “strengthening the tank business.” Under the theme “RAIZNEXT X CHALLENGE” (X refers to transformation), the Company will pursue various initiatives without being constrained by conventional methods and will continue taking on challenges toward the Fourth Medium-Term Management Plan, which will complete the realisation of its long-term vision.」
In March 2025, the Company formulated the Third Medium-Term Management Plan for fiscal 2025 through fiscal 2028, presenting a new plan to maintain the four pillars of the management foundation, maintenance, engineering and tanks while moving toward the final stage of realising its long-term vision, centred on transformation.
