「The previous medium-term management plan achieved a certain level of success over its 3-year term. However, we believe that expanding our business into growth fields is essential to achieve further substantial growth, and that a preparation period is needed to lay the foundation for a major leap forward. Accordingly, the new plan covers 6 years, with the first 3 years, the preparation stage, designated “Phase 1,” and the latter 3 years, the implementation stage, designated “Phase 2.”」
For “KITAGAWA 2030,” the phased structure has been defined in detail, with Phase 1 (fiscal years ending June 2025 through June 2027) as the preparation period and Phase 2 (fiscal years ending June 2028 through June 2030) as the implementation period. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, net sales were ¥6,607 million against a target of ¥6,600 million, and operating profit was ¥949 million against a target of ¥660 million. The Company also presented its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2027, with net sales of ¥10 billion and operating profit of ¥1.2 billion. - FY2026-H1AdvancedAnnual report

As a result, for the interim consolidated accounting period, net sales were ¥2,718 million, down 6.7% year on year, operating profit was ¥506 million, up 18.6%, ordinary profit was ¥560 million, up 34.8%, and interim net profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥386 million, up 35.3%.」
In the second year of the medium-term management plan, the Company continues to pursue its four priority issues and numerical targets for the fiscal year ending June 2030. While net sales fell below the same period of the previous year, operating profit, ordinary profit and interim net profit exceeded the previous-year levels, indicating progress in profitability under the plan. - FY2025-H1First statedAnnual report
