技研ヨーロッパ is selling 2 Silent Piler machines for this project, renting out Gyro Piler machines, selling ring bits, and providing machine maintenance and servicing. It is jointly developing NoNOx filters with VSF. 技研ヨーロッパ is a group company of 技研製作所.
Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard is the project owner. KIGO, a JV between Van Hattum en Blankevoort and Boskalis Nederland, is the general contractor. VSF and Gebr.
