During the interim consolidated accounting period, 制御機材株式会社, which had been a consolidated subsidiary, ceased to exist following an absorption-type merger in which 日本機材株式会社, also a consolidated subsidiary, was the surviving company. It has therefore been excluded from the scope of consolidation. At the same time as the merger, 日本機材株式会社 changed its corporate name to ＡＣＳ株式会社.」
