「当社は、2023年12月28日開催の取締役会において、2023年６月に創業88周年を迎えたことを記念し、従業員持株会向け譲渡制限付株式インセンティブ制度（以下「本制度」といいます。）の導入を決議し、本制度に基づき、下記のとおり、ヒラノテクシード従業員持株会（以下「本持株会」といいます。）を割当予定先として、譲渡制限付株式としての自己株式の処分（以下「本自己株式処分」又は「処分」といいます。）を行うことについて決議いたしました。」
従業員の財産形成を支援するとともに、企業価値の持続的向上へのインセンティブと株主との価値共有を目的として制度を導入した。処分期日は2024年3月22日、最大415名に各88株、最大36,520株、処分総額最大64,202,160円としている。
