Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

Although the period from the execution of final agreements to the completion of transactions lengthened, preventing progress in line with the original plan, average transaction fees increased. Cost of sales rose due to higher incentive compensation and personnel expenses associated with hiring additional consultants, while selling, general and administrative expenses increased due to higher personnel expenses for employees in administrative departments and higher rent resulting from the expansion of regional offices, among other factors.
