The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the IT and Consulting Business, consulting and IT utilization rates remained stable from the beginning of the fiscal year, while the rollout of AI-centered services and higher-margin package sales contributed to higher profit. Reduced company-wide expenses also boosted operating income. In the Outsourcing Business, sales declined due to the partial downsizing of legacy projects, but profit margins improved through greater efficiency at the mother centers and other facilities.
