The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The number of directors will be reduced by 2 to enable the Board of Directors to make strategic and agile decisions. The Articles of Incorporation will be amended to allow directors who are not executive directors or similar officers, as well as Audit & Supervisory Board Members, to enter into liability limitation agreements.
