The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the Product business, gross profit declined due to a change in the distribution channel with a major customer, although strong performance by IRIS and スミカ mitigated the impact. In the Creator Business, revenue from major events and merchandise was concentrated in the first half, while the North American business posted lower profit due to higher personnel expenses and other factors. In addition, office relocation expenses and the transfer of corporate functions affected results.
