The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the domestic Working business, profitability improved through the expansion of permanent staffing and foreign-worker HR services in the essential-services sector, as well as the reshaping of the business portfolio. In the overseas Working business, growth in temporary staffing and recruitment, expansion of the higher-margin recruitment business, and the positive impact of the weaker yen contributed to results.
