Items this document does not state (8)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the domestic Working business, profitability improved through the expansion of permanent-staffing and foreign-worker HR businesses in the essential-services area and the reshaping of the business portfolio. In the overseas Working business, contributions came from growth in temporary staffing and recruitment, expansion of the higher-margin recruitment business, and foreign-exchange effects from the weaker yen. The full-year forecast was left unchanged after taking into account the policy of actively making growth investments and currency trends, among other factors.
