In connection with the relocation, it shortened the useful lives of fixed assets that are not expected to be used after the relocation to the period ending on the scheduled relocation date, and changed them on a prospective basis. In addition, it revised its estimates of restoration costs and the expected period of use in connection with asset retirement obligations for restoration costs under its real estate lease agreement.」
