Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

Revenue declined due to lower sales to existing customers and the completion of a large-scale game support project received in the first half of the previous consolidated fiscal year. Although orders from major customers expanded, AI adoption in existing projects progressed, and new AI implementation service projects were won, profit declined as personnel expenses increased because of the use of temporary staffing, duplicated labor costs associated with the closure and consolidation of locations, and the hiring of highly skilled personnel.
