For certain transactions in the performance-based advertising services business, search-linked advertising agency business and other businesses, the Company changed its method of presentation from netting to reporting on a gross basis beginning in October 2025. The consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2026 are currently under review. Although a gain on the recognition of negative goodwill is expected, the amount of its impact has not yet been determined.
