The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The area has strong demand for KeePer coatings from customers who want to remove rust stains caused by snow-melting pipes after de-icing agents are spread on roads in winter. The store is also located on the grounds of a shopping center, allowing customers to shop while their cars are being washed.
