The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. To capture demand not only from users of the existing Tokai Store, but also from neighboring Chita City and Minami Ward, Nagoya, where KeePer LABO currently has no stores. Early awareness is also expected by opening on the same premises as the highly traffic-generating Cainz Tokai Store. The existing Tokai Store will be upgraded to modernize its facilities and increase capacity.
