The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The profitability of the core business exceeded plan because implementation at newly opened clinics and migration contracts from other companies' systems progressed in the A-COMS business, expanding subscription-based recurring revenue, while sales of original equipment remained firm. In addition, all shares of the consolidated subsidiary ペリカン were transferred on 31 March 2026, resulting in the elimination of losses following its removal from the scope of consolidation. Even assuming the recognition of a ¥130 million loss on the sale of shares in an affiliated company as a one-off extraordinary loss, full-year net income is expected to turn profitable.
