「The general construction licenses for scaffolding, earthwork and interior finishing held by the Group’s rental-related business are not required for contract work with a contract value of less than ¥5 million per project. However, the main customers of the rental-related business are housing companies, construction companies, builders and renovation contractors, and a general construction license is essential for doing business with them. If grounds for cancellation or suspension of the license arise, the Company’s results may be affected.」
The disclosure states the ¥5 million threshold and the practical need for the license in customer transactions, identifying cancellation or suspension as a risk.
