Items this document does not state (10)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Aluminum ingot prices surged due to the impact of the situation in the Middle East in February 2026. In addition, the construction market contracted, production volumes declined, and increases in materials, energy, labor, logistics and other costs continued, creating a situation that could no longer be absorbed through existing price revisions and cost reductions. For the fiscal year ending May 2027, the Company expects lower volumes due to stagnation in the construction market, higher assumed aluminum ingot prices and increases in various costs.
