「During CX Phase 1 from 2020 to 2024, the Company conducted an absorption-type merger, with the Company as the surviving company and its wholly owned subsidiaries SOLIZE Engineering Co., Ltd. and SOLIZE Products Co., Ltd. as the absorbed companies, effective 1 January 2021. The merger was intended to support long-term Corporate Transformation, faster management decision-making and a more efficient operating structure.」
