The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Gross profit increased due to stronger demand from major customers and higher orders for transformation consulting and software development services. Selling, general and administrative expenses, including personnel and office costs, also increased, but investments associated with establishing the holding-company structure were completed in the previous fiscal year, allowing the increase in gross profit to exceed the increase in SG&A expenses.
