The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the fiscal year ended March 2026, the increase in consolidated subsidiaries following the acquisition of E-Cast drove higher sales, while automotive parts for electric vehicles in Thailand and other products performed poorly. Going forward, growth initiatives will include increasing orders for precision equipment-related products in China and network camera-related products in Malaysia, reducing costs through collaboration between the two Malaysian companies, and pursuing M&A in Japan and overseas.
